Service Strategy & PMO Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic transformation projects within the Service organization, ensuring clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Analyze service performance data to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Track key metrics, monitor project progress, and support leadership reporting on transformation initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement by applying best practices in project and change management, capturing lessons learned, and strengthening team capabilities.
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or similar; Master’s degree is a plus, along with 3‑5 years of experience managing or supporting cross‑functional projects in corporate or consulting environments.
- Hands‑on experience in change management, process improvement, or systems implementation, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in technology, manufacturing, automotive, or energy sectors is beneficial, as well as familiarity with service operations such as field service, warranty, spare parts, or customer support.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, strategic and analytical thinking, clear communication and stakeholder influence, and a collaborative, pragmatic approach to driving change in complex environments.
- Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and German as an advantage.
