He/She contributes to ensuring the efficiency of long-term rental and fleet management through the affiliated network during the contractual period. Responsibilities include managing damage repair and maintenance services, monitoring timing and costs of interventions. He/She liaises with repairers to resolve repair issues and report service disruptions in the assistance network. He/She supports internal clients on technical and service delivery issues. Additionally, He/she collaborates with the operations center to report disruptions in roadside assistance and ensure the expected service levels. He/she also evaluates contractual exclusions to be applied to customers.
Responsibilities
- Verify actual fault of the car and need for scheduled maintenance through remote documentation review.
- Ensure accuracy of cost estimates and confirm that service center quotes align with manufacturer guidelines.
- Manage requests within specified timelines and provide repairers with authorization numbers for payment and invoice issuance.
- Evaluate total loss scenarios for excessive cost and approve contract closure.
- Determine and confirm the application of contractual exclusions.
- Verify reimbursements for customer-prepaid costs.
- Handle complaints within the area of responsibility.
- Report dealers not adhering to economic and service management conditions.
- Authorize credit notes following justified disputes regarding repairs.
- Exercise decision-making autonomy within specified timelines and according to role, function, and profile assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Good understanding of bodywork repair techniques and execution times.
- Ability to comprehend and generate repair quotes and cost estimates.
- Good knowledge of key MS Office tools and estimation software.
- Good understanding of mechanical repair techniques and execution times, coupled with energy, teamwork, and flexibility.
