Mission
Ensure the entire range of service contracts are compliant to European and local regulation concerning online and offline distribution model rules, customer and vehicle eligibility, coverage and privacy laws.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze the regulatory scheme for service contracts supporting Stellantis Legal team and highlight any point of concern to activate fast action plan to fix any identified gap.
- Design, write and get Legal team certification for all products Terms & Conditions master documents.
- Define new legal requirements for new products via recurrent discussion with STLA legal team.
- Support markets for T&Cs localization and clarifying any doubts related to T&Cs interpretation.
- Work closely with Costing & Pricing team, Warranty team to ensure full alignment of T&Cs and Claims procedure to the related risk exposure and system setting.
Profile
- College degree, Legal/Marketing/Business or Engineering;
- Preferably legal background in automotive and able to interact with Legal teams;
- Ability to analyze information and identify key elements to develop/recommend updates on legal documents;
- Experience in preparing and presenting rational and compelling legal requirements;
- Comfortable dealing with managers internally and externally, strong to identify the information needed, and where to get it, to ensure best decision making;
- Customer focused and good negotiation skills;
- Experience in dealing with international scenarios, dealing with different cultures;
- Fluent English.
