Task

Together with the team, you will:

  • develop and manage efficiently a service provider landscape with standardized contracts and procedures
  • support significantly the creation of a standardized partner network that is flexible in offering different locations and languages
  • manage and monitor tender processes on a regular basis
  • drive process improvement by simplification and standardization

Environment

As a key player in our international CCM matrix organization, you will:

  • define standardized contracts and establish a target process to set requirements for the service providers
  • play a vital role in shaping our international service structure and future strategies
  • collaborate closely with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy, and Poland
  • work alongside accounting, controlling, and purchasing teams on cost monitoring and tender processes

Requisiti

Experience & Skills

  • solid experience in international partner management
  • confident in negotiations and skilled at working with external service providers
  • know how to manage the interplay of goal achievement and cost efficiency on an international level
  • strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • analytical and cost management skills
  • experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup
  • thrives to work in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful, and changing environment
  • be able to deal with conflicts in a positive and constructive way
