In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

You will plan, coordinate, and oversee field installation and service activities for turnkey and project-based service orders related to odorization and RAF systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to schedule resources, manage subcontractors, and support technical site visits. You will work directly with customers to coordinate on-site operations, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will prepare and manage documentation required for site access, service execution, certifications, billing, and supplier payments. You will supervise material readiness for field interventions, support quality and back-office processes, and provide regular reporting to service leadership. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by supporting service programs, managing service activities and customer feedback, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical)
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in Technical Support is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
  • Experience in mechanics, pneumatics, and services.
  • Experience in the Gas sector (plus).
  • Availability for frequent travel (30%).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Experience supporting service or installation activities in the gas or energy sector. Exposure to mechanical and pneumatic systems, automation principles, or similar technologies. Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing on-site activities safely and efficiently. Confidence in preparing and managing technical and regulatory documentation. Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
