Service & Product Manager – Shipping & Fulfillment
At MBE, we are seeking a Service & Product Manager, reporting to the Marketing & Product Senior Manager. This role is designed for a professional with a strong propensity for digital and technology-enabled solutions.
Your primary focus will be the development, localization, and performance of Shipping & Fulfillment solutions and Digital products for the Italian market, ensuring effective adoption as a business lever toward country objectives and sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead product development and localization for the Italian market, ensuring alignment between global product roadmap, Marketing, Sales and IT strategies.
- Own go-to-market strategy and execution, coordinating product launches, rollouts and adoption plans.
- Drive product adoption and performance, monitoring KPIs, sales results and usage metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Act as product evangelist, delivering training, advanced support and enablement programs to retail managers, franchisees and entrepreneurs.
- Manage cross-functional and external stakeholders, working closely with Global teams, Sales, Marketing, IT, Learning & Development and external partners.
- Ensure accountability on product targets, monitoring performance versus Country objectives and driving corrective actions.
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis, dashboards and business cases related to product evolution and investments.
- Manage and develop a dedicated resource focused on inside sales and franchisee support within the shipping sector.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration or similar fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management roles, preferably in digital, retail, franchising or service-based environments.
- Previous exposure to Sales or field-facing roles (e.g., retail, franchise network, B2B sales) is a plus.
- Proven experience in go-to-market execution, product launches and adoption acceleration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs, interpret performance data and drive decisions based on insights.
- Solid project management skills and ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and training skills, engaging senior stakeholders and network partners.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
