Service Planner Intern

What you will do

As Service Planner Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will support the team in the following activities:

• Ensure service levels for spare parts (both under and out of warranty) and consumables, guaranteeing order fulfillment for customers and ASAs while meeting service level targets and warehouse stock rotation goals.
• Monitor service levels to various markets and manage stock availability for parts supplied by internal plants and Chinese suppliers.
• Analyze forecasts and historical data for each SKU to identify actions that ensure target availability is met.
• Review replenishment proposals generated by the planning software, confirming or adjusting order quantities as needed.
• Issue, monitor, and expedite supplier orders, selecting the most efficient delivery method.
• Track and analyze supply chain and supplier KPIs.
• Collaborate daily with inbound specialists, order management, technical departments, and logistics teams to ensure proper allocation of orders in the warehouse.
• Implement corrective actions to meet delivery lead times and order fulfillment targets, including direct communication or visits to suppliers when necessary.

What you need to succeed

• Student or neo graduate in Engineering, Economics or similar fields
• Fluent in both Italian and English (written, spoken and by phone).
• Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point)

We offer a 6 months paid internship
