What you will do
As Service Planner Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will support the team in the following activities:
- Monitor and manage supplier order portfolio status to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Support the implementation of the new Supplier Portal, including delivering training sessions to suppliers, verifying the negotiation status of schedule lines and ensuring alignment of goods in transit
- Update and maintain accurate ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) information for spare parts in shortage
- Monitor supplier delays and proactively follow up to mitigate supply chain risks
What you need to succeed
- Student or neo graduate in Engineering, Economics or similar fields
- Fluent in both Italian and English (written, spoken and by phone).
- Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point)
We offer a 6 months paid internship
800 euro, company computer, company canteen, smart working.
