Service Planner page is loaded## Service Plannerlocations: IT - Parmatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 21101We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Planner for our Southern Europe Region based in Parma.The Service Operations Planner at JBT Marel is responsible for supporting the planning and administration of field service activities across the Southern Europe region. This role focuses on ensuring efficient scheduling, invoicing, financial reporting, and logistical support without direct supervisory responsibilities.**Key Responsibilities*** **Field Service Planning and Coordination:**+ Assist in the efficient scheduling and planning of field service engineers to meet customer and operational needs.+ Coordinate with relevant departments to arrange necessary visas and travel documentation for field service personnel.* **Administrative Support:**+ Process invoices and quotes to customers in a timely and accurate manner.+ Ensure expenses are claimed properly and in compliance with company policies.+ Make informed decisions based on policies, available resources, and departmental plans.* **Financial and Payroll Reporting:**+ Support the delivery of service hours data for payroll, including overtime calculations.+ Assist in financial reporting by providing data for utilization calculations and other necessary metrics.* **Training and Development Support:**+ Coordinate with the EMEA Training Manager to arrange training schedules and ensure field service engineers receive necessary training.* **Process Improvement & Problem Solving:**+ Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service operations.+ Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational and financial audits.+ Address Service Operations issues and provide possible solutions to the Field Service Leadership.* **Systems:**+ Support as a key user with the processes for Field Service in our systems including Salesforce, Kahuna, Schedule-it, MTES, JDE and Concur.**Qualifications*** Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within a technical or service environment.* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Join JBT Marel in our mission to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.
