Role:
The resource will be inserted in the Service Team and will respond directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report daily on quality issues, analyzing returns and repeat claims — including associated costs — to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements to optimize warranty expenses and B-stock management.
- Data & Expense Control: Manage expense control, service claim analysis, and data processing related to B-product sales, including reporting, SAP administration, stock transfers, depreciation tracking, and invoicing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Support, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to analyze warranty and repeat claims, streamline processes, and improve data accuracy.
- B-Stock Management: Oversee and control B-stock appliances, ensuring compliance with overdue limits and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Requirements required:
- 3–5 years of prior experience in a Customer Care, Sales Back Office, Service Administration, or Sales Analyst role within multinational organizations.
- Excellent knowledge of English and daily use of the language.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and Office 365 is a must.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Team player with problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
