Service Now Architect & Technical Lead

CONVERGER SPA , an IT Consulting Company with several years of experience in the ICT industry, is currently recruiting:

Service Now Architect & Technical Lead with proven experience on the ServiceNow platform in Enterprise environments.

The candidate will be responsible for the architectural design of solutions, providing technical leadership for projects, and coordinating a structured development team, while serving as a technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into scalable, governed, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions;
• Design the platform’s application and integration architecture;
• Provide technical leadership for end-to-end ServiceNow projects;
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the internal development team;
• Ensure quality, architectural consistency, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

• Experience in designing and managing the entire ServiceNow platform;
• Ability to design custom solutions in accordance with the ServiceNow platform’s data model and principles;
• Design and governance of application integrations (REST, SOAP, webhooks, middleware), evaluating impacts on security, performance, and maintainability;
• Application lifecycle management (scoped applications, update sets, versioning, promotion between environments);
• Knowledge of application security mechanisms (Data Model, ACL, access segregation)

Experience

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow projects (approximately 4–6+ years);
• Previous experience in roles such as Architect, Tech Lead, or Senior Consultant;
• Experience in enterprise or multi-client environments.

Contract: Employee

Salary: from €50,000 to €80,000 gross per year depending on candidate's experience
