Role Description


We are seeking an experienced Service Network Manager responsible for coordinating and developing the global network of service workshops within our brand. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing service networks, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer‑oriented mindset. Responsibilities will include monitoring existing service centers, selecting and training new service centers, maintaining high service quality standards, and implementing initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Service Network Manager will be required to coordinate with central technical assistance teams and after‑sales business development teams, ensuring that the selection of workshops and partners forming the after‑sales service network is aligned with the expected service levels and the Company’s business objectives.

The candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals in an international, multicultural environment with varying working methods. Flexibility, adaptability, and strong negotiation and communication skills are essential requirements.


Language Skills

  • An advanced level of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Good knowledge of one or more of the following languages will be considered a plus: German, French, Spanish, Arabic.


Computer Skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
