Hays Italy, part of the multinational Hays group, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, which offers consulting services in the Information Technology sector with the aim of contributing to the success and technological progress of individuals and companies, is looking for a Service Manager .
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, supervise and evaluate the technology support services team of 1 internal and up to 10 external resources
- Familiar with Change and Configuration Management processes.
- Understanding of ITIL/ITSM concepts (nice-to-have ITIL Foundations v3 certification)
- Mentored and coached service provider onsite leads to be successful and develop the skills necessary to serve as the future model for this activity.
- Monitor workflows, develop quality control procedures and testing to deliver high quality and proven solutions to end users.
- Manage technology vendor relationships and service agreements for hardware, software, and applications.
- Communicate effectively to establish and maintain relationships with Corporate Functions, employees, and third parties.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite
- Review of root cause of all incidents and use this information to identify Problem Management opportunities
- Second point of contact for technical support team (First is internal)

Hybrid working: 2 days on site in Milan.
