Who we are looking for:
As a Junior Service Engineering Specialist, you will support the delivery and installation of our automation and robotic solutions. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will gain hands-on experience with system configuration, on-site activities, and client support. Collaborating with the engineering team, you'll drive process improvements and innovations.
Few examples of responsibilities:
- Installation support : assist in system installation, configuration, and testing under the supervision of senior engineers.
- On-Site operations : support field service activities, helping ensure smooth delivery and commissioning of equipment.
- Client assistance : provide basic support to clients during integration phases, helping identify and escalate issues.
- Technical learning : build familiarity with key technologies (e.g., Siemens, ABB) and contribute to team knowledge by documenting lessons learned.
- Reporting : Help prepare simple reports and technical documentation related to service activities.
Ideal Background:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering (or currently pursuing one)
- Up to 1–2 years of experience in a technical, service, or maintenance-related role
- Genuine interest in automation, robotics, and industrial technologies
- Basic understanding of system integration, PLCs, or industrial machines is a nice to have
- Proficiency in English and Italian
