With a strong international footprint across 80+ countries, it partners with leading renewable energy developers to support large-scale solar projects worldwide.Position OverviewWe are seeking an After-Sales Service Specialist to join the global service team. This role will act as the key interface between customers and internal technical teams, ensuring efficient handling of post-installation issues, spare parts management, and continuous service improvement. The position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring stable operation of PV power plant systems.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for after-sales support, managing customer inquiries, fault reports, and spare parts requests related to PV mounting and tracking systemsAssess issue urgency and coordinate escalation of critical cases that may impact plant performance or system uptimeWork closely with engineering, technical, and field service teams to drive timely issue resolution and ensure full case closureMaintain regular communication with customers to collect feedback and identify opportunities for product and service improvementManage regional spare parts demand forecasting and inventory coordination to ensure timely availability and supply continuityTrack after-sales service data and prepare operational reports, including complaint trends, spare parts consumption, and service performance metricsRequirements1–3 years of working experience in a relevant fieldBachelor’s degree or above;

engineering or related disciplines preferredPrior experience in the photovoltaic, renewable energy, or industrial equipment sector is highly desirableBasic understanding of electrical systems or mechanical equipment is an advantageStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindsetProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Fluent in English;

Italian language proficiency can be used as a working language
