We are looking for a Junior Service Engineer to join our Marine Automation team. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or young professionals who want to start their career in a highly technical and international environment.

You will follow a structured training path, working side by side with experienced engineers and gaining hands‑on experience both on board vessels and in our offices. This role is perfect for candidates who are curious, eager to learn, and interested in combining technology, travel, and practical problem solving.

What You Will Do

• Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities on automation systems (PLC, DCS, HMI)
• Participate in commissioning, upgrades, and retrofit projects on board vessels
• Work closely with senior engineers and learn through direct field experience
• Contribute to testing and development activities in the office
• Provide technical support to major cruise operators and marine customers worldwide

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent diploma or degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of automation systems (PLC, DCS, HMI)
• Strong curiosity, problem‑solving attitude, and willingness to learn
• Fluent English is essential; Italian is preferred
• High availability to travel (up to 65% of working time), including onboard ships, shipyards (drydock), and international assignments
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Flexible, proactive, and motivated to grow in an international environment
