Experteer Overview
In this role you will service Elekta radiotherapy systems across the region, performing planned and corrective maintenance and on‑site support. You will work independently, travel as needed, and ensure safe, compliant operation while guiding peers and reporting outcomes to management. The position supports diverse, high‑precision equipment in clinical settings, contributing to reliable patient care. You will engage with customers, transfer knowledge locally, and continuously improve maintenance processes. Responsibilities
Perform planned maintenance and emergency corrective maintenance on Elekta products Diagnose faults in complex electronic, RF, vacuum, and mechanical systems Install, upgrade and verify equipment performance; document work and reports Provide on‑site and remote support, including customer‑facing activities and knowledge transfer Communicate with Service Manager and escalate issues as needed Travel extensively within Europe region and on short notice when required Operate within safety, compliance, and quality management policies Coach junior engineers and guide on‑site assessments Utilize service systems and databases to track maintenance and outcomes Requirements
Experience with fault finding on diverse systems including electronic, HT/RF power, vacuum, and mechanical components Ability to travel extensively and on short notice Completed Level 2 training per learning journey and related certifications Competent with IT: Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking Read and understand electrical schematic diagrams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to develop others and engage in continuous improvement Clean driving licence Knowledge of IntelliMax and QlikSense is a plus
