Mandatory Skills

IT Service desk Experience working in ServiceNow proficient in English and Italian

Job Details:

  • Experience in IT Service desk
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Knowledge in Active Directory Office365 Windows client troubleshooting Network Monitoring tools
  • Excellent ITIL knowledge
  • Work experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Reporting
  • Should be proficient in English and Italian


Mandatory Skills : Jira Service Desk, Servicedesk, Windows Server
