Job role: Service Desk Engineer

Location: Milan, Italy

Required level of additional language : Italian & English

Good to have skills: Technical Skills, Communication & Soft Skills and Process & Domain Awareness


Skill required:

Mandatory skill required - Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, M365, SCCM, and optionally SharePoint.

Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.

Use of ITSM tools like ServiceNow and remote support tools.
