Role Overview
The person will performs tasks according to set policies and procedures within a ITOC Managed Services Delivery
The tasks will include (but not limited to):
- Receipt and management of tickets on TT Tool
- Monitoring management,
- Escalation to L2 engineers
- To be active part in the Problems Lifecycle
