We're looking for an experienced Managed Service Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery in a complex, outsourced payments environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead service delivery, production support, and incident management Own delivery of regulatory & scheme compliance changes Manage end-to-end SDLC (Agile & Waterfall) across multiple initiatives Act as key interface between business, tech teams, and vendors Lead distributed teams and manage delivery performance Oversee budgets, resources, and delivery trade-offs Drive continuous improvement and service optimisation Required Experience

12+ years of experience in application support, development, or solution/technical delivery roles within the cards and payments industry Strong hands‑on experience with card issuing and/or acquiring systems Proven experience working with core payments processing platforms (e.g., VisionPLUS or similar) Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile and Waterfall methodologies Background in production support, incident management, and service delivery in complex enterprise environments Experience leading or coordinating distributed teams (onshore/offshore and multi-vendor setups) Strong stakeholder management experience in client‑facing roles within banking/financial services or fintech Experience delivering projects, enhancements, and regulatory/scheme compliance changes Exposure to technical solution design, architecture discussions, and requirements gathering
