We're looking for an experienced Managed Service Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery in a complex, outsourced payments environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service delivery, production support, and incident management
- Own delivery of regulatory & scheme compliance changes
- Manage end-to-end SDLC (Agile & Waterfall) across multiple initiatives
- Act as key interface between business, tech teams, and vendors
- Lead distributed teams and manage delivery performance
- Oversee budgets, resources, and delivery trade-offs
- Drive continuous improvement and service optimisation
Required Experience
- 12+ years of experience in application support, development, or solution/technical delivery roles within the cards and payments industry
- Strong hands‑on experience with card issuing and/or acquiring systems
- Proven experience working with core payments processing platforms (e.g., VisionPLUS or similar)
- Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Background in production support, incident management, and service delivery in complex enterprise environments
- Experience leading or coordinating distributed teams (onshore/offshore and multi-vendor setups)
- Strong stakeholder management experience in client‑facing roles within banking/financial services or fintech
- Experience delivering projects, enhancements, and regulatory/scheme compliance changes
- Exposure to technical solution design, architecture discussions, and requirements gathering
