Your role
In this position you will ensure successful delivery of our Group IT services & solutions to the local business entities, ensuring seamless, compliant & efficient operations inline with our company standards. You will be located in the Production Company CRI-MAN in Correggio, and you will travel frequently to other entities in Italy, ensuring smooth operations and service delivery. You will collaborate closely with our vendors and support teams to provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot IT related issues. You will work with regional and global IT teams to implement and maintain Group IT solutions as required for local production needs, acting as the local point of contact for the factory.
You will participate in delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget. You pro-actively maintain accurate and up to date documentation of IT processes, systems and procedures. You identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery. You act as a business advisory agent, use your communication skills to guide employees on the use of different Group IT solutions. You understand day to day security related risks and guide users into best practices to mitigate those potential threats.

Strong customer focus and business orientation Experience working in Production Environments, OT, Manufacturing PC’s. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems in complex environments Effective verbal and written communication skills, being able to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences. Willingness to research, learn, and adapt to new technologies and processes Capability to perform efficiently under high-pressure situations in a fast-paced setting Ability to act as a project engineer, taking ownership of assigned project tasks or streams and ensure smooth delivery within time and budget. Solid understanding of the delivery of IT infrastructure services like network, server hosting, cloud and PC support. Experience with the service delivery of the O365 products Knowledge on Artificial Intelligence essentials, ability to write and help users on LLC prompts, understanding of the different AI Agent capabilities within the group. Experience with ServiceNow
Knowledge & Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent competence gained through experience Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential, with proficiency in other languages as a plus Local language fluency written and spoken. ITIL Certified; experience with IT best practices and ITIL principles, ITIL certification desirable
