YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination and scheduling of our service technicians and external service partners
- Planning and alignment of service operations directly with our customers
- Close collaboration with our remote service team and the development department
- Independent organization and follow-up of all service assignments
- Planning and scheduling of annual inspections
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Technical education or experience
- Interest in the field of e-mobility
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Independent and structured work approach, high commitment, solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Fluent in English, Spanish & Poruguese
