As a Service Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing customer-focused service campaigns. Your goal is to ensure smooth coordination across departments and deliver high-quality results that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage service campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams and customers
- Monitor campaign execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure alignment with company standards and service objectives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Experience in project management, customer service or campaign coordination, ideally in automotive or manufacturing
- Technical background is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English
