To support our continued growth and expansion in the Italian market, we are looking for a proactive and organised Service and Spare Parts Manager to strengthen our service parts operations and enhance customer support performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily service department operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and technician development
- Collaborate with factory representatives to ensure warranty procedures are correctly completed and fully compliant
- Manage work orders, oversee the ordering of necessary spare parts, and ensure all required information is provided for work order closure and invoicing in accordance with company policies
- Develop and execute plans to achieve departmental goals in terms of accuracy, quality, and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing materials and parts in internal systems
- Support sales teams by ensuring timely availability of spare parts for customers
- Manage and monitor returns, warranty parts, and defective components in accordance with company procedures
Your profile
- Previous experience in service operations, spare parts management, or heavy equipment industry
- Strong understanding of service workflow, spare parts processes, and warehouse processes
- Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good Italian and English communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Strong teamwork attitude, and ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholder
- Willingness to travel within Italian territory
