SEO Copywriting Intern

We are currently looking for a highly motivated graduate to join our international and fast-growing Marketing team based in Milan as a SEO Copywriting Intern.

In this role, you will support the creation, optimization, and localization of SEO-driven product and editorial content for our brand partners’ digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, leveraging AI tools to improve content quality, search visibility, and alignment with each brand’s tone of voice.

What you’ll do :

• Content writing: creation & proof-reading product and editorial content using AI tools following brand tone of voice and SEO best practices.
• Content localization: Support in the translation of product information and editorial content, leveraging AI while ensuring linguistic accuracy and SEO best practices across languages.
• Keyword Research: Identification of most relevant queries people use for searching the brand and its products.
• Metadata optimization: Metadata optimizaation of main website pages according to keyword research.
• New PLP Creation Proposal: Recommendation for the creation of new PLPs based on Keyword research
• PLP Text Brief: Creation of SEO brief for the writing of text to be inserted at the bottom of main category pages.
• PLP Text Writing: Based on SEO brief, writing of optimized text to be inserted at the bottom of main category pages.
• Basic Tech Fixes: Identify empty or duplicated pages, along with 404 status and broken backlinks with Screaming Frog
• Migration Support: Old website URL sourcing and redirect mapping

What we’re looking for :

• Italian language proficiency at native or near-native level
• Academic background in Marketing or similar degrees
• Passionate about fashion and digital
• Familiarity with (or strong interest in) the use of AI tools for content creation
• Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment, with a multi-tasking and problem-solving approach
• Exceptional attention to detail, motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on achieving great results
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Excellent time management and follow up skills
• Pro-active and can-do attitude
• Willingness to engage with and ability to communicate effectively across the business
