Senior Workday HCM Specialist – New Implementation

*This role is available either in Milan or Rome*

Keylime Consultants are supporting a market-leading Italian organisation with global presence, and we are looking for a new Workday HCM Specialist to support the implementation of Workday across the business.

This is a permanent role, hybrid in either Milan or Rome (candidates based in Rome will be expected to regularly travel to the HQ in Milan). Salary offered will depend on experience, going up to around €80,000 + Bonus for senior profiles.

The new Workday HCM Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for the implementation, responsible for gathering requirements, managing stakeholder requests and configuring the system in collaboration with external Workday Consultants. This person will bring a solid understanding of HR processes and their configuration within Workday, with the capability to lead a multi-phase rollout across multiple countries.

Once Workday is live, you will take ownership of its ongoing development, staying up to date with the latest releases, assessing evolving business needs and implementing new solutions to enhance the system.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Workday Specialist to play a key role in a high-impact implementation for a leading market player.

Senior Workday HCM Specialist – New Implementation – Required Profile:

• Previous experience of leading or supporting at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project
• Experience of working within complex and international organisations
• Strong technical knowledge of Workday, particularly in the areas of Core HCM, Core and Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance and Learning
• Strong knowledge of local and international HR processes and regulations
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
• Availability to work from Milan’s HQ at least one day a week
• Eligible to live and work in Italy without Visa restrictions
