Role Overview
You will own and evolve the CoreView website (built on Webflow), making it a high‑performing asset for demand generation and brand leadership. You’ll create modern pages using the latest UX / UI trends and interactive features, driving traffic conversion and qualified lead generation.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills Required
- Strong Webflow (or ability to quickly learn), complex layouts, CMS, and animations.
- Proficient in HTML & CSS (incl. Flexbox, Grid) for responsive design.
- JavaScript & jQuery for interactive elements and integrations.
- Experience with web animations (Webflow, GSAP, Lottie).
- Performance optimization: image handling, lazy loading, asset formats.
- Accessibility (WCAG) and semantic HTML.
- SEO: meta tags, structure, schema.
- Third‑party script embedding (chatbots, tracking pixels, videos).
- Basic graphic / UI skills in Figma, Photoshop, Canva.
- UX‑focused approach to web page development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years website ownership / optimization for SaaS demand generation.
- Track record in designing and launching modern, conversion‑driven pages.
- Data‑driven: skilled in A/B testing, CRO, analytics.
- Project management in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Strong cross‑team collaboration skills.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize new pages / sections in Webflow, or show willingness to learn Webflow.
- Use current web design trends (animation, parallax, mobile‑first UX).
- Manage website speed, SEO (technical / on‑page), and accessibility.
- Collaborate to develop and implement strategies to convert visitors into leads, using CRO and A/B testing.
- Set up and manage tracking, dashboards, and conversion funnels in Google Analytics / GA4.
- Conduct regular site audits and implement enhancements to drive engagement and demo requests.
- Work with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Product, Demand Gen, RevOps) on messaging, integrations, and campaigns.
- Ensure website meets data privacy and accessibility (ADA, GDPR, CCPA) standards.
