Your role and primary responsibilities

Your tasks will include
- Substantially increasing revenues across MDOTM’s product range
- Identifying, building, and enhancing a pipeline of new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis
- Applying a "client-first" approach to develop relationships with clients and prospects
- Identifying unmet market segments and devising strategies to target them
- Providing valuable feedback to management to refine our product offerings
- Preparing and structuring documents and marketing materials for meetings and events
Skills required
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or International Relations
- Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in another European language is a plus
- A strong work ethic and integrity
- A motivated self-starter and problem solver capable of thinking outside the box and exceeding business goals
- Entrepreneurial spirit
