Your responsibilities will include:

1. Substantially increasing revenues across MDOTM’s product range.
2. Identifying, building, and improving a pipeline of new business opportunities through in-depth market and competitor analysis.
3. Applying a "client-first" approach to build relationships with clients and prospects.
4. Identifying unmet market segments and developing strategies to address them.
5. Providing trustworthy feedback to management to refine and strengthen existing products.
6. Preparing and structuring documents and marketing materials for meetings and events.

Required skills:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or International Relations.
• Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in another European language is beneficial.
• A strong work ethic and integrity.
