At dentsu, we are looking for a Video Consultant to join our team in Milan.

The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality media activations that effectively align with client objectives and campaign priorities, ensuring strategic impact and operational excellence.

Job Description : Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management :

  • Organize and activate TV and CTV video campaigns, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Plan and execute TV and CTV media campaigns based on the strategy provided by the activation manager.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure results meet or exceed client expectations.

Team Collaboration :

  • Support team members in delivering high-quality outputs, providing feedback and performing quality control on deliverables.
  • Ensure the team understands client KPIs and has the tools and guidance to deliver against those targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and excellence in campaign delivery.

    • Client Success :

  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on TV and CTV campaigns, offering actionable insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing challenges proactively and managing expectations effectively.
  • Process Improvement :
  • Support the implementation of commercial agreements related to TV and CTV planning.
  • Contribute to the optimization of resource allocation to ensure the right expertise is applied at the right time for campaign success.

    • Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in TV and / or CTV media planning or activation
  • Excellent knowledge of Kubik, AQX, Arianna, and MCS
  • Strong understanding of TV and CTV media platforms, tools, and processes
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of video campaigns across linear TV and CTV
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
