AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to new product innovations that continue to distinguish AWS’s services and features in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.
Annapurna Labs, part of Amazon Web Services, develops innovative hardware and software for AWS cloud customers. It operates like a big start‑up within AWS, developing technologies, working with talented engineers, and shaping the future. We are looking for talented engineers to join the System Verification team and help technically lead the challenges of the next decade, developing a semiconductor platform based on revolutionary architecture and participating in the development of state‑of‑the‑art products within a disruptive system architecture. You’ll have the opportunity to work on the technologies that power the world’s largest cloud provider in a dynamic, open, and fast‑paced environment.

Basic Qualifications
- Electrical/Computer Science engineer
- 8+ years of experience with full‑chip/system‑level verification of a large‑scale SoC
- Experience with SW development (C/C++/Assembly)
- Sound understanding and knowledge of object‑oriented programming concepts
- Hands‑on experience with emulation/silicon debugging, waveform debugging, and code coverage analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ARM architecture
- Knowledge of the following programming languages: Perl, Bash, TCl, Python
- Knowledge of PCIe, Processors, Ethernet, DDR
- Knowledge of Hardware Verification concepts and tools (UVM, Coverage‑Driven verification)
- Verilog, SystemVerilog, Specman
