Senior Tester-Banking Domain

Defining and implementing testing strategies, including automation, in compliance with process standards and industry regulations Planning, designing, coordinating, executing and reporting test cases and test plans (system and/or acceptance testing), with focus on regression testing for system upgrades Managing end-to-end testing processes using appropriate testing tools and automation techniques Validating testing results against functional and non-functional requirements (including data integrity and security requirements) Ensuring that risks associated with system deployment, performance, and upgrades are adequately understood and documented Managing stakeholders and identifying continuous improvement opportunities, particularly to reduce manual testing effort for business users Deep Knowledge of: Strong expertise in testing automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Leapwork, Cucumber, or equivalent) including design and maintenance of automated test cases Proven experience in DevOps tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira) and integration of testing activities within delivery pipelines Sound knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies, including regression and automated testing approaches Competence and Skills to be demonstrated: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, including interaction with technical and business stakeholders Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work in complex system environments Ability to work in a structured manner, respect deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables
