Location: Bologna, Emilia–Romagna, Italy.
Position Summary
Territory Manager responsible for developing sales in the North West Italy area. The role is fully remote and requires expert knowledge in agronomy and plant nutrition, strong communication and analytical skills, and a degree in agronomical science.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop actual business by increasing product sales to existing customers.
- Develop new businesses, find new customers, and establish good relationships with them.
- Build relationships with growers, consultants, and distributors to drive sales.
- Collect market information to understand new opportunities or risks to revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture or agronomic sales roles.
- Proficiency in specialty agriculture production practices.
- English level B2‑B1.
- Strong negotiation skills.
Competencies
- Knowledge of the area assigned.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong work ethic with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to build partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Self‑starter with attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
Travel by car in assigned area: 80%.
