Experteer Overview
You lead and grow dealer relationships to promote Caterpillar products and services. You will shape dealer sales capability, forecast and strategy, and drive dealer performance improvements. You work closely with cross-functional teams to implement value-driven solutions and new product rollouts. This role sits at the heart of our customer-centric growth, balancing stakeholder needs with market opportunities. You will impact how we extend our market leadership in the diesel genset space while contributing to sustainable communities.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Manage and develop dealers' relationships to market products and services
- Guide dealers on forecast, sales/rental/used strategy, and rollout of new products
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement corrective actions
- Identify selling opportunities and improve customer satisfaction and business relationships
- Advise on business process adherence for variance programs and commercial actions
- Support industry knowledge and regulatory awareness within the team and dealers
Responsabilità
- Engineering or business degree or related field
- Extensive knowledge of customer focus and relationship management
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions
- Experience in selling strategies and value-based selling
- Fluent Italian and business-level English
