Senior Technical Architect

One Works is looking for a talented Senior Technical Architect to join our team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee one or two large, large-scale projects, managing the technical design
• An ability to manage the design and coordination of consultants
• Technical ability to design components of a building (e.g., facades)
• An ability to review detailed construction drawings and mark them up with comments

Requirements

• Registered Architect or Architect / Engineer
• PIVA
• Strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of Italian building regulations
• Experience of more than 5 years of the detailed design phase of the project
• International experience would be also of value
