Descrizione dell'offerta
Reschio is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to work in close collaboration with Count BenediktBolza, Owner and Chief Creative Architect, contributing to the development of exceptional private residential projects within one of Europe’s most distinctive architectural and design environments. This role is for an architect of substantial technical maturity, discipline and judgement, responsible for interpreting the creative direction of Count Bolza and the Reschio design leadership, translating it into precise, coherent and buildable architectural drawings, details and construction information. It requires the ability to understand, protect and develop a clearly defined architectural language with rigour, sensitivity and technical precision. The ideal candidate combines architectural intelligence with method, patience and an uncompromising attention to detail.
Founded in 1999, the Reschio design studio has developed a highly structured architectural culture and a distinctive design imprint, supported today by three Senior Architects and eight draftspersons. Within this environment, standards of drawing, proportion, materiality and construction detail are carefully codified and consistently refined across projects. Working at Reschio means engaging with a singular design culture in which architecture, interiors and gardens are understood as three branches of one soul. Restoration, landscape, craftsmanship, furniture, light and the lived experience of each house are treated holistically, not as separate disciplines but as parts of one continuous architectural language.
About the role
Technical Design, Construction Detailing & Site Interface
Working closely with Count BenediktBolza and the internal architectural team, the Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for developing high‑end residential projects from design intent through to detailed technical execution. The role includes the preparation, development and review of architectural drawings, construction details, specifications and technical documentation, ensuring that every output reflects Reschio’s standards of precision, proportion, materiality and craftsmanship. The Senior Technical Architect will coordinate and guide the work of two draftspersons, setting priorities, reviewing drawings, maintaining consistency across all project documentation and ensuring that the team works with accuracy, clarity and discipline. A key part of the role will be to act as the technical interface between the design office and the site teams, contractors and craftsmen.

- Provide technical support to site teams, contractors and craftsmen, ensuring that drawings and details are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction‑related issues in coordination with the internal team and external consultants.

- Ability to communicate clearly with architects, craftsmen, contractors and site teams.
- High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
