Our Client is a premier tax practice and is expanding. We are looking for a senior associate specialized in tax matters.
Qualifications
- Lawyer or Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista)
- 0.4+ years of activity in an Italian tax boutique or in the tax department of one of the Big Four
- Focused in M&A transactions, taxation of financial products, international taxation, real estate, and private equity
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Rome or Milan based
- Degree Vote – 105/110
