As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across BESTSECRET - from Engineering and Buying to Finance, People, and more. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs, design tailored hiring strategies, and deliver top talent that enables our continued success. Your Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for positions of varying seniority across multiple business units.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and strategies.
- Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates to build strong pipelines.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Use data and market insights to advise stakeholders and improve hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
- Represent BESTSECRET’s employer brand in all candidate interactions.
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage hiring across different functions and seniority levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German full working proficiency is a significant plus.
- Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment.
