Responsibilities

• System activities / System Integrator
• Managing infrastructure issues/incidents
• Supporting evolving projects
• Supporting product/solution scouting
• Managing related documentation
• Monitoring and control activities
• Managing and monitoring vendors
• Cybersecurity management and ISO 27001 compliance

Your Profile

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma or Degree (preferable) in Computer Science
• Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems
• Experience with data backup solutions and VMs like Veeam or Rubrik
• Experience with virtualization solutions: VMware or Microsoft
• Experience with hyper-converged systems like DataCore and Cohesity
• Experience with Cloud systems like Cubbit
• Experience with RMM systems
• Networking experience: VLANs etc., on Aruba Network or Cisco
• Experience with WiFi systems like Ruckus or Ubiquiti
• Experience with email systems like Office 365 and Anti-spam solutions like Barracuda or Libraesva
• Experience with firewall and antivirus solutions: Sophos or Fortinet
• A broad background in IT infrastructure, networks, security, DHCP, DNS, frontend, backend, Active Directory domains, Office 365, Azure, Docker, DevOps, etc.
• Basic knowledge of VoIP systems and devices like Patton or AudioCodes
• Good command of English

Additional qualities include teamwork attitude, proactivity, problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, independence, goal orientation, and a propensity for R&D in market technologies.
