The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in structural design, with deep knowledge of international standards and proven leadership skills in managing teams and client relations. Proficiency in modern structural design and FEA software is required, along with a Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Strong written and spoken English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
