Job Opportunity: Senior Structural Engineer - Associate Director

Our leading engineering firm, with extensive experience in architecture, urban planning, and civil engineering, operating in Italy and abroad, is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to play a key role within our technical team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assume the role of Associate Director of the Structural Sector, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Serve as an internal reference point for engineers, managing:
• Direct interface with the CEO to define strategies and priorities for the sector.
• Coordinate with Technical and Commercial Management.
• Supervise design activities and specialized construction management.
• Organize the technical team to ensure adherence to priorities and objectives.
• Control operational activities and manage projects.
• Technical interface with external interdisciplinary work groups.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with a focus on Structures).
• Registration with the Order of Engineers.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public and private projects.
• Familiarity with technical standards for structural design in reinforced concrete, steel, and wood.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in structural modeling software (preferably Midas, Tekla Structures).
• Experience in drafting projects and supervising structural works in various sectors (civil, hotel, sports, industrial).
• Experience in implementing BIM processes.

Soft Skills:

• Problem solving and autonomous decision-making.
• Leadership and ability to coordinate teams.
• Management of projects from a technical and commercial perspective.
