Who We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for management consulting and the Life Sciences industry, who combine strategic thinking with problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial drive. You will work closely with clients to tackle complex challenges and help shape the future of the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach junior team members as they frame problems, gather evidence and build models.
• Conduct executive interviews and triangulate life-sciences market data; synthesise findings into clear storylines.
• Safeguard data integrity—reconcile sources and document all assumptions.
• Craft client-ready slides and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Translate insights into pragmatic, prioritised action plans that drive measurable impact.

Required Skills

• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proactive, results-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Full availability to travel as needed.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 + years’ strategy-consulting or equivalent analytic experience with a leading consultancy or high-performing boutique.
• MBA, Master’s, or PhD in business, engineering, life-sciences, economics, or a closely related field.
• Adaptable self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, global teams and learns quickly.
• Life-sciences exposure (biopharma, med-tech, diagnostics) highly valued, but not essential.
