Senior Store Director - ROME

SALARY: €80,000 to €100,000 basic, depending on experience

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for a wonderful menswear and womenswear boutique in central Rome, ensuring strong commercial results, seamless operations, and a refined, high-level client journey.

Managing a team of 25, you will foster a culture of excellence, elevate clienteling initiatives, and strengthen long-term relationships with an exclusive VIP clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide, support, and energise your team to consistently deliver outstanding service and surpass challenging sales objectives.
• Attract, onboard, and develop high-performing talent, implementing clear growth plans and succession strategies.
• Optimise overall business performance across all categories through strategic use of CRM, client engagement activities, in-store events, and visual presentation standards.
• Establish and grow a loyal client base, ensuring bespoke experiences that drive repeat business and client retention.
• Oversee operational efficiency including budget control, P&L accountability, inventory management, shrinkage prevention, and adherence to health & safety regulations.
• Act as a local brand figurehead, staying informed on market dynamics and partnering with nearby stores to enhance overall results.

Profile:

• Proven experience leading a luxury fashion boutique within retail, with exposure to both menswear and womenswear collections.
• Strong business mindset and leadership capability, with experience managing high-profile clients and coordinating exclusive client events.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a sophisticated and client-focused approach.
• Solid understanding of fashion movements and RTW categories, alongside an appreciation for art and culture.
• English language is a must, knowledge of an additional one is advantageous.
