Collaborate with product owners to translate objectives into technical requirements

Analyze change requests, design solutions, and guide development

Support development teams, supervise design, testing, and modifications

Act as part of the L3 support team

Design specifications and develop solutions per change requests

Bug fixes and enhancements for work packages and services

Build and maintain IT solutions using Java technologies

Participate in incident RCA and effort estimation

Incident handling and problem resolution

Change management and application maintenance
