We are now looking for a Senior Specialist Product Modeling Configurator to strengthen the Global Product Configuration (GPC) area and ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of high‑quality product configuration models supporting global offer and order processes.

Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Specialist Product Modeling Configurator, you will implement and maintain the technical and commercial configuration models for Schindler products.
Your responsibilities include:
- Implementation of product configuration rules based on requirements specifications in the area of technical and commercial configuration for Schindler Elevator products.
- Model per technical specification and design of product configuration rules , including testing specification .
- Quality assurance, unit testing and documentation of implemented changes.
- Extended testing of the configuration changes (positive and negative Spec ).
- Propose and execute continuous improvements within the configuration environment.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
- University degree or equivalent (Computer Science; or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering oriented); minimum: Bachelor.
- Proven experience in the elevator industry or a similar industrial environment — 2+ years.
- Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of configuration logics — 2+ years.
- Hands‑on experience with Camos Develop or another product‑configuration modeling environment — 2+ years.
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems and a good understanding of business processes related to offer and order fulfilment — 2+ years.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- English — C2 (Proficient).
Qualifications That Will Strengthen Your Profile (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with SAP Variant Configuration and related SAP modules (MM, SD).
- Experience with task & change management tools (e.g., Jira, PCM Integrity).
- Knowledge of CRM tools (SAP CRM, Salesforce or similar).
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Broader CPQ ecosystem knowledge.
