Key Responsibilities

• DataAnalysis :Utilizedataanalysistoolstoidentifytrends,patterns,andinsights
• AnalyzeBusinessNeeds :Collaboratewithstakeholderstogatheranddocumentbusinessrequirements,ensuringclarityandcommon understanding.
• Month End closing : coordinating multi-site activities gathering inputs from different accounting systems and summarizing outputs.
• Reporting : Summarize in different formats the information (by cost nature, cost center, project, etc), for different stakeholders.
• ProcessImprovement :Developanddocumentbusinessprocessmodelstoillustratecurrentandfuturestates,proposingsolutionsthatalignwithbusinessgoals.
• ProjectManagement :Participateinprojectplanning,monitoringproject,andcommunicatingupdatestostakeholders.
• ImplementationSupport :WorkwithITAndotherdepartmentstoimplementsolutions,ensuringtheymeetbusinessrequirementsandobjectives.
• Documentation :Createdetaileddocumentationofbusinessrequirements,processes,andsolutions,andassistintestingandvalidatingnewsystems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• EducationalBackground : Degree in Economics, or a related field. Good IT skillset.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / reporting related role.
• AnalyticalSkills :Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillstounderstandbusinessneedsandproposeeffectivesolutions.
• CommunicationSkills :Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillsfordeliveringfindingsandcollaboratingwithcross-functionalteams.
• TechnicalProficiency :Highly Proficiencyindataanalysistoolssuch as SAP BW (Business warehouse), ERP SAP Hana, Excel, Database management.
• English and Italian : very good communication skills
