Music Supervisor – Jackleg | Music & Sound Design

Jackleg is an international, award‑winning music & sound design studio specialized in creating tailor‑made audio content applications for brands worldwide.

We are looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented Sound Designer to join our team full‑time , working in‑house at our Milan studio. You will collaborate on international projects in a creative, cross‑disciplinary environment, contributing to the development of distinctive sonic identities for our clients.

The role

As part of the Jackleg team, you will be responsible for recording, designing, producing, and delivering high‑quality audio content across multiple media platforms. You will work closely with our creative direction team, taking ownership of sound design tasks from concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create sound design for client projects
• Record voice talents for VO, dubbing, and podcasts
• Handle audio post‑production and restoration for TV, radio, and web
• Mix and master soundtracks, including voice processing
• Design and create unique sound assets (SFX, Foley, dialogue, music)
• Implement sound assets for both linear and interactive projects
• Collaborate with creative directors to refine audio aesthetics
• Deliver projects on time and according to specifications

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an audio studio focused on post‑production
• Solid experience with DAWs such as Ableton Live and Logic Pro X
• Strong knowledge of sound design principles, audio engineering, and production workflows
• Excellent mixing and mastering skills, including use of industry‑standard plugins
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Passion for music and sound

Nice to have

• Field recording and location sound experience
• Composer and/or musician background
