We\'re looking for candidates who are passionate about technology, proficient in English, and excited to engage in remote collaboration for a worldwide presence.What You'll DoPartner with clients from day one to understand their business needs and shape solutions.Define high-level product requirements, MVP scopes, and roadmaps.Translate business goals into technical architectures and delivery plans.Lead proposal creation (business framing + product requirements + technical approach). Oversee delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and accountability.Be a trusted advisor to clients, while mentoring engineering teams internally.Help codify Oowlish's playbooks so we can scale beyond any single leader.Must Have10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or product/technical consulting.Strong technical breadth (cloud, APIs, modern architectures). Proven ability to lead multiple teams/projects and communicate with C-level stakeholders.Experience defining product requirements and MVPs, not just technical designs.Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus).
